A little bit about me

Hi everyone! My names Natalia as I'm sure you've gathered :) I'm a web developer from Gibraltar and enjoy Photography and sketching as my pastime. I'd love to be able to dedicate more time towards it but unfortunately thats not possible at the moment, perhaps one day I can go freelance!

That would be me below, posing 'naturally' ofcourse, no idea what I was looking at at the time :) Equipped with my trusty Nikon D80!

My favourite type of photography is animal photography as I'm an avid animal lover. I'm looking forward to being able to capture animals in their more natural environment on future trips (Polar Bears in Svalbard hopefully!), but for now I settle for my trusty companion Diesel to get some shots :)

I also love landscape photography, which fits in really well with me second passion, travel. I absolutely love to travel the world and don't need much of an excuse to start googling new destinations, in particular the northern climates :) I find the snow peaked mountains and aqua blue lakes to be so beautiful, my kinda place.

I'm also slightly obsessed with the Aurora Borealis which you've probably guessed if you've taken a look at my stream by now. I'm lucky enough to have seen them twice now in Tromso, Norway, Yellowknife, Canada and once to a milder degree in Kiruna, Sweden. I never tire of trying to see them some more though! Thinking of Iceland next although don't reckon the weather is very stable there (heard its cloudy really often!)

Anyway, enough of my rambling for now. I'll have my blog integrated soon so you can read all my daily rantings and other bits and bobs :) Hope you like the site!
